The aim of this lesson is to teach the students how to scale an up an object using comparative measurements. So far the students have been using the  sight size method which uses a 1:1 measuring technique so taking out any guess work. From this point on students will be using a system based comparing units of measurement.

The rendering stage of this lesson focused on the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary planes of the face, breaking the facets down into smaller and smaller planes. In the images below you can see that Mark has maintained the hierarchy of planes with the primary and secondary planes dominating the tertiary planes.
