The Materials on this Web Site are only for your personal use or, as applicable and they are not for commercial exploitation (for example, by resale to others or by republication to the public). Further, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from this Web Site or from the Materials

Copyright and Ownership of Materials:
The entire copyright in the pictures is retained by the Photographer, Louis Smith at all times throughout the world.
Title to all photographs remains the property of the Photographer

Use and Reproduction:
The downloadable image files are for the sole use of the individual customer only. The downloaded files and images are not to be shared by the customer for profit or non profit reasons.

A full refund will be given if the session is cancelled.
Two models will be used if more than 8 people attend the session.
Seating arrangements, places are on a first come first served basis.

5 Day Workshops 
A full refund will be given if the course is canceled.
If you decide to cancel there will be an 80% refund up to 3 weeks before the workshop. After this period no refund is allowed.

Year Study Program
Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• By placing this deposit you agree to pay the remaining balance before the deadline of the academic year.
• If the student does not take up the accepted place, the deposit is non-refundable. New entrants to the Academy will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure their place.
• The non-refundable deposit is £200. The deposit will be refunded if the course is canceled for unforseen reasons out of our control or if you give 15 days prior notice to the start date stating that you cannot attend.
• The balance is to be paid at the start of the program. If you do not pay the fees in accordance with these Terms you will not be entitled to start the course.
Payment of fees for full-time students:
Payment of Fees guarantees your place for the study program, workshops or short courses.
• A non-refundable deposit of £200 per year is required to be paid upon enrolment for the year program and then the outstanding balance to be paid by the start of the first term.
•  Your place is at risk if you do not pay the fees on time.
Workshops and Courses:
• A deposit is required to be paid upon enrolment for a workshop or short course and then the outstanding balance of to be paid by the start date.
• Your place is at risk if you do not pay the fees on time.

Payment in advance:

• Overdue fees:
A surcharge will be made on accounts not received by the first day of each term. The current rate of surcharge is Bank Base Rate plus 4%.
We will also recover any administrative fees associated with any debt and pass on the costs of any debt recovery agents that we may instruct.

Increase of fees:
• RAM reserves the right to increase the cost of future programs, workshops and courses. Fees remain the same from the time students enrol on the program. If fees rise within this time they will not be affected.
• If your employer or organisation is paying the Fees and wishes to be invoiced, please write to us on their headed paper and send a company purchase order with your Application.

RAM cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of course cancellation including hotel and
notice of withdrawal:
Unless otherwise stated, there will be no refund if a student decides to drop out during the program.

Payment of fees:
• Unless otherwise stated, there will be no refund of the course fee for cancellations received within seven days of the course start date.
• No shows, failure to arrive or postponement incurs charges in full from the booking date, and payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Any period of absence during the term, whatever the motive or duration, will not be refunded.
• In the event of a public transport strike/closure, or other conditions beyond our control, a session may have to be rescheduled. As we will have to incur full costs for these classes, we are unable to offer a refund but will attempt to reschedule. If a tutor (and model where appropriate) are present, the class is considered to be running.
• Ram reserves the right to make appropriate changes to the course timetable and content, or to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Liability shall be limited to the refund of fees paid in this instance.
• Ram will try to ensure the hiring of professional models with a proven track record. RAM cannot be held responsible for the non-attendance or poor performance of a model, but will do everything in its power to remedy any problems which occur. In the case of model illness, we will attempt to reschedule the class as it is not possible to substitute with another model during most courses.
• In the case of Tutor illness. If this is not possible, the class will be postponed and we will attempt to contact you in good time to make you aware of the postponement. We will aim to reschedule the class to a date suiting most of the students or the missed hours may be added to the remaining sessions.
• All intellectual property rights in material supplied on courses are subject to copyright and are owned by RAM and/or collaborating institutions. Therefore any duplication in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. Courses are not to be recorded in any way without the prior written consent of RAM.
• RAM expects students to behave in a polite and appropriate manner and adhere to RAM studio rules and student charter when attending courses.
• RAM reserves the right to exclude students or abandon the course in the event of disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour by an individual or group of delegates. In such an event, no refund will be payable to the excluded student.
• Students agree to attend classes for the Courses regularly and on time. Non-attendance at classes due for reasons other than our default does not entitle you to refunds, extra tuition or a transfer.
• If, for reasons outside your reasonable control (such as illness) you miss classes, we will use our reasonable endeavours to offer you additional support.

• We will use the personal information you provide to us to provide the Services: process your payment for the Fees; and inform you about similar products or services that we provide.
• We will not give your personal data to any other third party.

limitations of liability:
• Under no circumstances shall RAM be held responsible for any harmful act or default by its servants or agents unless such actual default is reasonably foreseeable and avoidable by the exercise of due care on behalf of RAM as its employer; nor in any event shall RAM be held responsible for any loss sustained by the clients or its tutor due to burglary, theft, fire or any cause except in so far as such loss is solely attributable to negligence of RAM’s tutor acting within the course of their employment.
• Programmes, website and advertising are correct at time of going to press, however, alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
